So, the existence of this blog has long passed. First post was thanks to my i-think-im-cute sister, but I decided I should delete it cause, after all I don't think it was near to cute :). Anyway, the purpose of me blogging has nothing to do with anyone except the ones mentioned - irony huh? HAHAHA. I really am not a blogger, but I write. I express what I feel, just like now, I don't really know what I'm blabbering but it just got into me that I should keep typing.

6 months into being a teacher, I sure grew a lot. From being a subject teacher to being a form teacher to a primary 5 class - blissful. At the beginning of the year, I thought it was gonna be hell. especially with the individuals I have in my class. Ho Zheng Xian, Adam Matin and Hans Heng, just to name a few. I called them my 3 musketeers. I must say it was difficult to get them into control at the beginning of the year, but after weeks being with them, I earned their respect and they earned mine. They are the ones who makes my class lively, never fail from laughter every minute. They might be disruptive sometimes, but they listened when asked to stop, such satisfaction. I guess the key thing I learned from them is - to treat them like a friend and they will respect you. Yes, respect is the key word. I know feel incomplete without a day not being with them. Enough about my kids, I'll tell you guys more when I want too - which means not so soon if you don't get the pun, :)

So, moving on to the events of my life. Yesterday was the IT fair. I was looking forward for today. A month ago, my 5 years FUJITSU laptop died on me. The adaptor melt and I couldn't even revive it even after giving CPR. So, now sitting at a corner of the table in my study room, it awaits its proper burial. But, I am trying to get all the information I had in the Fujitsu to the new mac. Oh yeah, I was saying IT Fair. I went with my other half of Rahmat's generation to get a new laptop. I already had surveyed online (using the school's laptop). I was contemplating between a Sony Vaio or a MacBook. Alas, I picked the latter. Busted a couple of thousands on it, full with a 5 year warranty so that I know my Macky will be taken of. So here I am blogging on the new laptop. Still getting use to it, but I guess I'm okay in no time. I've been using mac since in poly so there aren't any problem for me to adapt. I've yet to download Windows OS and Mac Office - prolly soon.

It's the school holidays now and I've tons of things to mark. I'm gonna take a break this weekend and will start mugging (literally marking) on monday. I need a break man - holiday.

Oh, I'm actually at Starbucks now with sis. Had the usual - Venti Classic Cocoa. I like the new renovated place in Tampines - much more spacious and very comfy. Alright, I'm off now.
